I was trained by ATP-Pro Mitchell Frank (ranked 503 in the world at one point during his career) at the ages of 9 in Fairfax, VA and never lost a match when I had to play competitively in college. My drills are aimed to help you improve your form (for control, power, spin and to prevent injury) and strategies to improve your odds of winning, but I respect listening to my students and am willing to negotiate what drills/area you want to work on.
