With 16 years of experience in volleyball, I now dedicate my career fully to coaching athletes at a professional level. My background as a long-time player gives me a unique perspective on the technical, tactical, and mental demands of the game internationally. I specialize in developing players’ skills, building team strategies, and fostering resilience and discipline both on and off the court. My coaching philosophy emphasizes precision, teamwork, and growth—helping athletes reach their highest potential.

Her enormous patience and tremendous knowledge of this sport brought me to a level that I have not even hoped for. Milica’s professionalism and attitude is infectious and will make you aim higher in setting your goals. She was able to break down the technique and practice in such a way that it was easy to understand even to a complete beginner (which is not an easy task, by all means). She packed each session with multiple practices – passing, setting, serving, leg work etc, but it wasn’t overwhelming, it was structured just right.
