Simon is a great trainer, no doubt about it. His prices are higher than some, but once you actually train with him, you understand why. He brings real knowledge, not just from textbooks but from lived experience as a professional athlete and certified coach. Every session is customized, detailed, and backed by science and strategy. He doesn’t just give you a workout, he gives you a system that works.
Simon pays attention to the small things most trainers overlook: movement mechanics, recovery, nutrition, mindset, and even lifestyle habits. You’re not just paying for a workout, you’re paying for transformation, accountability, and elite-level coaching.
That said, as much as I’d love to keep training consistently, I honestly can’t afford it right now. It’s tough because I know the value is there—it’s 100% worth the price—but my current financial situation just doesn’t allow for it consistently. If you’re in a position to invest in yourself, though, Simon is the one you want in your corner.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonassess the player’s current skill level, focus on fundamentals

I also introduce my expectations, build trust, and make sure they’re comfortable with the pace and energy of the workouts.
Lesson 11+We train like a pro with
Advanced skill work,
live game situations,
and positional-specific development.
Focus is on mastering details, sharpening decision-making, and preparing for real competition.
Lesson 4-10These sessions are all about repetition, confidence, and controlled competition. We apply fundamentals in
live-action drills—1v1s,
closeouts,
and basic pick-and-roll reads.
I’ll also introduce conditioning and mental toughness components.
Lesson 2-3We lock in on foundation work

and basic spacing concepts.
I start to teach real game reads and begin building basketball IQ early.
