Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson I will be teaching everything about passing and layups
Lesson 11+Any lessons further on will be on learning how to function wit the team learning how to get everyone involved, also teaching that scoring the ball isn’t everything
Lesson 4-10And lesson 4-10 I will be teaching how to articulate the 3pt shot any lea
Lesson 2-3The second lesson I will be teaching everything about free throws and jump shots from the wing and elbow
Youth players
Working with kidsI make sure that they have fun but also make sure that they’re learning from what I’m teaching them as well
Working with teenagersI adapt my lessons based on what they already know so I wouldn’t be teaching them something that they have learned before see what everybody is good in and see what everybody is bad in and work from there
