Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWork on posture alignment, stance grip and posture, feeling the hip movement through impact and weight transfer.
Lesson 11+They will have a fonder understanding of having a better alignment and set up also being able to work with their hips and engage the various challenges the long/short hand have to offer.
Lesson 4-10Improvements and overall consistency in game you will start to feel what a proper golf motion is not only with full swing but we will also work on various short game drills that have been proven to work.
Lesson 2-3After proper adjustments made from grip and swinging fundamentals, we can take a look at swing analysis make sure we’re “in-out” path and not also “throwing” the club way inside.
