Your first trainingLearn how to control the ball, passing ,shooting and touch ETC.
Training 2-3Applying the basic skills that we learned in the first lesson to a real in game scenario.
Training 4-10Leaning the advanced skills such as taking players on and being able to finish/ defend in front of goal.
Training 11+Take every skill and take it into a scrimmage against ex pros such as myself or with other coaches.
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingSeeing exactly where the player skill level stands as we want to make sure we work on the right balance of skills and technique.
Training 2-3For offensive minded players, we would work on attacking scenarios where we will focus on the technique.
For defensive minded players, we will work on clearing your lines and keeping your back line intact.
Training 4-10We will work on transitioning from offense to defense or defense to offense in order to ensure that everything we have practiced can be applied in game.
