Working with kidsI have taught my own children as well as many cousins and friends how to surf over the years. I’m a former preschool teacher and swim instructor as well as certified in CPR and ocean rescue. I have a very fun and relaxed approach with kids. My aim

Working with teenagersIn working with young adults, it’s a bit more about listening to their needs and learning what approach is best suited to them. I have quite a few very talented teen students and love their energy. It’s quite easy to pick up in these years. I learned when I was 17 and it has helped me through so many challenges, helped develop confidence and determination. I love assisting young people unlock the magic and power of the ocean.
What you need to bringPlease provide your own wetsuit. There are many rental shops located in Pacific Beach and La Jolla Shores. I’m here to help locate the right one for you.
