First of all, he is a very enthusiastic coach, and he is super easy to get along with. When you start coaching with instructors, they are always icebreakers, and he breaks that in the beginning, and makes learning new skills and techniques so much more easier and faster.

In my practice, I struggled A lot with foot movement throughout the court and how to Move on the court sideways. Through the use of cones and dumbbells I have improved on the way of moving horizontally and vertically throughout the court with the correct foot pattern.

What you need to bringI just need you to bring your absolute best behavior to the court. I focus on the student having a learners mindset.
Additionally, make sure to bring the proper shoes, towels and rackets
