Hi, I’m Levi, a current college tennis player at Johnson University with a strong passion for helping young players grow both on and off the court. Over the past several summers, I’ve worked at tennis camps and alongside kids of all ages, building both skill and confidence in their game. I specialize in private lessons for kids who love tennis—whether they’re just getting serious or are already intermediate players looking to take the next step. I also enjoy guiding high school players as they consider playing at the collegiate level, offering insight from my own experience. I’m excited to share my love for the game and help the next generation of tennis players reach their potential.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduce the grip and how to hold a racquet.
Familiarize beginner with the lines on the court as well as some hand eye coordination drills (This includes balancing and bouncing ball on racquet). Depending on skill level adding in some drop feeding as well.
To end will include some basic footwork drills.
Lesson 11+This will include more complex aspects of the game. Including top spin, different types of serve, and the different stages of point development as introductory skill sets are mastered. Continual practice and building of muscle memory of the fundamentals will always be first priority no matter the stage but slowly new skill sets and technique will be added.
Lesson 4-10This stage will include to improve on skills taught in previous lessons as well as incorporate and add in some of the more complex aspects of tennis as the player is ready. Rallying and continuing to develop in this area will be the priority but beginning stages of serving and volleying will be introduced as forehand and backhand begin to be conquered.
Lesson 2-3Establishing forehand and backhand technique. This includes swing path, contact point, and body positioning. Some drills will include shadow swinging, soft feeding, and service box rallying.
