Your first lessonLearn about tennis, hand-eye coordination drills, work on basic primary shots techniques (forehand, backhand), try to build rallies from short court
Lesson 11+Basic warm-up and summary of everything we worked on, keep focusing on point play strategies and match play
Lesson 4-10Focus on repetition of shots and improve muscle memory, improve point play skills, focus on strategies, play matches
Lesson 2-3Improve techniques, work on secondary shots (serve, volley), try to build rallies from baseline and full court, learn how to play and score points,
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonUnderstanding the level of player, learning about their goals and trying to make a plan through that goals, footwork drills
Lesson 11+After repetition of all the shots and warm-up, playing more and more points and quick tips during match play, focusing extra on the mental side of the game
Lesson 4-10Improving point play strategies, focusing on playing more aggressive in the points, approach shot and volley combination drills, working on serve angles, serve+1 exercises, touch-the-net overhead drill

Working with kidsI do very well with kids and I can make them learn and don’t get bored at the same time!
Working with teenagersIt’s so important to be friends with them and make sure they are not getting bored. At the same time, improvement is very important. Teenagers can learn better if they feel in a friendly environment. I have too many experiences like that!
