Your first lessonI love to ease into my first lesson. The goal here is to access your needs and get you comfortable with my method
Lesson 11+You are well aware of what we work on and this is where we get more technical while we improve athletic abilities
Lesson 4-10We are familiar now and we will definitely see the progress together. We start getting more work done on your cardio now
Lesson 2-3We have to start rallying and I know an easy way to get you to do this. I’ll look for technical flaws and make it easy for you
