Former D1 Catcher | ACE-Certified Coach | Helping Serious Athletes Unlock Their Full Potential I’m a former Division 1 catcher from Ball State University, where I started behind the plate and earned my ACE coaching certificate during grad school. Before that, I spent two years at Illinois Central College, where I started games at every position except shortstop—experience that gives me a unique perspective on the full scope of the game. I’ve been around baseball my whole life, and now I’m passionate about passing on the insights I wish I had earlier in my career. I specialize in working with competitive athletes who are serious about taking their game to the next level. My coaching focuses on advanced hitting development, and I believe in building around a player’s natural strengths—not forcing them into a one-size-fits-all mold. Everyone moves differently, and the key is finding a swing that works for you, not trying to copy someone else’s. One of my proudest moments as a coach came when I helped a struggling D1 teammate—someone with pro-level tools—unlock his potential by diagnosing a timing issue that had been holding him back. That season, he turned things around and is now a top-25 prospect in the Houston Astros organization, thriving in Double-A. Whether you're just starting your journey or looking for a competitive edge at the collegiate or travel ball level, I’ll meet you where you are and help you build the tools, confidence, and approach to succeed. I offer flexible hours and ongoing support—even outside of sessions—so you're never on your own when you’re trying to grow. I love this game, and I love to see players learn and improve. If you’re ready to train with purpose, improve your swing, and take the next step in your career, let’s get to work!

With over a decade of baseball instruction, I blend proven techniques with tailored strategies for each player's success. I am dedicated to fostering skill development, boosting confidence, and cultivating a lifelong passion for the game. My goal is to make baseball a positive and empowering experience for every student. While the game itself is fantastic (americas pastime) I grew up learning not only the game mechanics. But the attitude behind the game. Baseball is 75% mental. And if your mind is right the rest of the game flows. With baseball having so much failure it is needed to learn from the failures so enhance the success percentage. I can teach this through my 13 years of playing, two state championships, and multiple awards based off character.
"I used to be scared of the ball at third base, Brant played 3rd base and helped me gain confidence to stay down on the ball. Helped me in hitting too
