Why is my profile hidden? Suspension and Time OffDraft

Your profile can be hidden from students for two different reasons: Time Off that you set, or a suspension that TeachMe.To applies.

Time Off: you control it

Time Off hides your profile from new bookings for the dates you choose. Use it for vacation, injury, or a seasonal break. You keep your profile, reviews, and app access. Remove or change the Time Off dates when you are ready to return.

Suspension: TeachMe.To applies it

TeachMe.To can suspend a coach profile. A suspension removes your profile from search and the marketplace. Common reasons are:

  • A missing or unapproved background check after your first 30 days
  • A report of unsafe, inappropriate, or unprofessional conduct
  • A violation of the Terms of Service

You cannot remove a suspension yourself. Contact support to learn why your profile is suspended and what you need to do.
