Who reserves the lesson location

The rule

  1. Your coach reserves the location when it is listed on their profile. This applies to every type of location.
  2. Paying the fee does not mean booking the location. Some locations charge a fee that the student pays. The coach still reserves the location.
  3. You arrange access only for your own spot. When you ask your coach to travel to a place that is not on their profile, such as your home, you arrange access to that place.

Location fees

Some locations charge a fee. The location card on the coach's profile shows the fee as "Location fee: Free" or a dollar amount. You may pay the fee, but your coach still reserves the location.

For coaches

You reserve every location listed on your profile when a student books a lesson there. This applies on both location tracks and when the student pays the location fee. The student arranges access only for a place that is not on your profile.
