Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFor the first lesson I will gauge where you are at mostly on a technical level as that is what I specialize in. I will also gauge your game sense and general knowledge. I will identify strengths and weaknesses in your game.
Lesson 11+I will continue building a solid foundation with the basics of the game. I will continue my personal focus on technical ability and comfortability with the ball. I will continue to bring out your individual style and strengths
Lesson 4-10I will begin working on sort of a play style with you. I will continue to give you a good foundation by working on all the basics, I will continue to build your level of technical ability and comfortability on the ball. I will really work on bringing out your individual style and strengths. I will increase focus on technical ability.
Lesson 2-3I will begin working with you on your strengths while also addressing weaknesses. I will introduce drills and exercises to increase your technical ability and raise your overall comfort ability with the ball. I will work on drills for all basics of the game so you can get a solid foundation
Youth players
Working with kidsI will have an increased focus on the foundations and basics of the game. I will introduce drills and exercises to increase your technical ability and comfortability with the ball.
Working with teenagersI will work on the basics of the game to build a foundation and consistency. I will introduce more regular work on technical ability. I will work on bringing out your individual quality and what makes you unique.
What you need to bringIf you want to involve shooting drills you will need to require additional balls if wanted and potentially goals depending on the park
