"Prior to meeting Pat for my first lesson with him, I was anxious, nervous, and looking for every excuse not to go. Some of this stemmed from inexperience on the guitar, the rest coming from fear of getting out of my comfort zone in a new environment. Somehow, I managed to show up. All of my “fears” were quickly washed away within moments of starting our first lesson. His enthusiasm and warm, positive attitude really helped me enjoy our lessons and be able to relax while learning.
