Your success is our top priority, and we're committed to helping you reach your goals! Work successfully with beginners, juniors, seniors, and high level amateurs. We work on hitting the ball solid in a manner that isn't requiring constant practice to achieve it. We will cover all aspects of golf from long game to short game, along with how to operate on the course in a manner that eliminates range-to-course differences. Strategy is something that is vital and fun to work on especially when you see how dramatically it helps your scoring.

I have had the privilege of working with Buddy Rich, and I can confidently say that his impact on my game has been transformative. With years of experience playing golf on scholarship—two years at McLennan Community College and two years at Tarleton State University, where I helped secure a conference championship and competed in two national championships—I’ve had the opportunity to work with several instructors. But none have had the lasting influence that Buddy has.
His teaching style is a perfect balance of technical knowledge and practical application. Buddy has an incredible ability to break down complex concepts and make them easily understandable. His keen eye for detail, combined with his ability to tailor lessons to my specific needs, has helped me refine my skills in ways I never thought possible.
His coaching helped me fine-tune my game, approach challenges with confidence, and play at a level that led to one of my proudest accomplishments.

Amazing coach! Very patient and informative. Very good at reading people and their good/bad habits! He has this Mr. Miyagi effect where he puts in small adjustments that make sense when you put it all together. Absolutely recommend to anyone trying to get into golf or improve their game

I'm a begginer and I couldn't be more happy about my lessons with Buddy! Before I went to my first lesson, I had gone to the range twice. By the time we finished the first lesson I was hitting just over the 100 with my 8 iron and around 150 with my driver! He's amazing! I've played other sports before and he make analogies with them that help me understand the swing properly. He taught me drills to practice at home and whenever I can, I record myself doing drills or at the range and he also helps me trough text!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson includes getting to know one another. Including each golfer's goals for their game. We will seek to either instill proper concepts and fundamentals or ensure we have the concepts in order for playing better, soooner and more often!
Lesson 11+Though this is financially neat for me to imagine. For you I like to think at this stage you are playing golf and we are friends who check in occasionally. There are higher level aspects of the game that we can always work on, but it is my job to get you to where you know how to keep your game on track without me or anyone else. Except the occasional tune up.
Lesson 4-10This is where all golfers will start to see a real transformation in not only their skills but also their on course execution! If we can get there before now, all the better!
Golfing your ball is where we will be and your scores will hopefully coincide with your prior goals. We will look to move the yard stick based on advancing skills and abilities. We will move our sessions forward accordingly!
Lesson 2-3Building upon themes from our first session is the main goal here. Also ensuring proficiency with movements that may have been unfamiliar before. If possible we will strive to move beyond movement themes and work on moving the goodness from practice to actual play!
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonDetermining if we need to build skills physically or other skills and getting to it. We attack causes rather than effects.
Lesson 11+Check-ins. Ensuring we both know YOU are the key, not anyone else.
Lesson 4-10Check-ins which may include reinforcing new concepts, or rebuilding on course routines. Whatever it is, our foundation here is attacking causes rather than effects. This gets you where you want faster!
Lesson 2-3Moving forward whether by working through new movements, advancing new concepts, rewiring expectations or any other avenue that eliminates the unwanted as much as possible. Causes over effects! This gets you there most efficiently!
Youth players
Working with kidsMy goal with kids is to keep it fun while finding ways to ensure techniques that help their golf skills quickly. Good golf is fun but enjoyment at a young age cannot be eliminated to achieve it. They won't keep playing without enjoyment.
Working with teenagersEnjoyment also matters at this stage but many teenagers are arriving to advance their game for various reasons. Some want to make the school team, some want to win junior titles, many dream of competing in college. Whatever the goal, we can help!
